Practically an amusement park, New Pretty Town is stuffed full of meaningless entertainments for bubble-headed new pretties; the standard activity here is partying. The tall, modern buildings hold a certain allure for the uglies waiting to join - occasionally, a particularly tricky ugly sneaks in, but if they're caught the punishment is immediate. The town is ringed by a river, and its edge is made up of 'pleasure gardens.'
