Rules and Guidelines
The rules listed below are for the entire site. If there are specific rules for a category or story, then they will be listed in a separate thread.
1. This is a open level role-play. We welcome all levels! However, I would like to see a minimum of 100 words in each in character post. It really is not difficult, but if you are having trouble please see the role-playing workshop located in the Rules Board.
2. The use of cuss words is allowed, but please don't over do it. Nobody wants to read just plain curse words. Any over use of the allowed words will result in a temporary ban. If it's over used by everyone, cursing will be banned entirely.
3. There is no character limit, as of right now. If your characters aren't kept active, I will have to put a limit up. But as of right now, there is no limit!
4. No god-moding, Gary-stus, or Mary-sues. God-moding is taking control of someone else's character, or not allowing them to dodge an attack or respond to a question. Gary-Stus and Mary-Sues are the perfect characters. All characters and people have faults, so don't forget to add them in!
5. Be respectful to all members out of character. This is simply put for any form of sexual harassment, bullying, or anything that could be counted as disrespectful. These are all right in character, as many characters have that personality. If you feel as though another member has been disrespectful towards you, do not be disrespectful back. You may let them know how you feel, or you may just pm me and allow me to handle the situation.
6. If you have any ideas for this site, feel free to pm me or any of the other staff. If you have a certain story or role-play idea that you'd like to see on the site, pm me, and I'll get it up for you. You may potentially be considered as the mod for the new idea.
7. Please read all other information located in the Rules Board. Also, I suggest that you highlight the rules to discover the password to the boards.
8. Please keep all images under 600 px as the width. This includes bios. I'm not going to necessarily check them, but I just don't want to the page to be stretched.
9. All biography descriptions must include a photo. This is the case, unless you are making a warrior. Cats do not require pictures.
10. If your character is accused of being a Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu, a test will be administer by me or my mod. If your character does not pass the test, then they will have to be fixed.
11. There is no need for multiple accounts per member. All characters will be on the original account.
12. This site has liquid time. Meaning that you can be in more then one thread at a time. However, Travellers must role-play in real time. Only one thread for the Travellers. This is mainly because of the whole world jumping thing....
