A male Lamia named Lance (Name can be changed) had a family member killed by a werewolf but instead of just holding a grudge against the werewolf that killed his father he decides holds a grudge against all other species (Vampires excluded, Due to the fact they're so similar to the Lamia). Lance decides he's going to 'purify' the world of these 'monsters' and starts to gain followers.
That's the general idea, so there are a few characters are going to be needed.
