History:

Hiddenkit was born to his clan by a gentle queen whose name, was Flowerstep. His father, Nettlebreath, was brave and kind. He would do anything for his clan and his family, making him a well respected clan member. Hiddenkit’s (who had no littermates of his own to play with) best friends where Hopekit and Hollykit, the youngest daughters of the current deputy, Thunderstrike.

Soon after he was apprenticed there was a border skirmish on Thunderclan boarder, it was in this skirmish in which Hopepaw and Hollypaw had died., Leaving Hiddenpaw friendless and alone.

When he was made a warrior he was named Hiddenheart, due to the fact he had been hiding his heart lately. It was as if he had lost it when his friends died, this caused him to put the clan before his own life. He’d go days without eating during leaf bare to make sure the queens and elders ate. His massive amount of loyalty and love for the clan earned him the position of deputy when he was 19 moons old, after training a successful apprentice. Becoming deputy wasn’t the only thing that had happened that moon; his parents had another litter, consisting of two she-cats, Lillykit and Eaglekit. He was fondest of Lillykit, she was a tireless ball of energy that couldn’t ever stop asking questions. She was easily concerned about the clan, though she was more known for her feelings. She paid so much attention to the people around her she could tell if they were evil or if they were good. Hiddenheart had kept that between themselves though, she was so eager to be a warrior and someone may try to make her a medicine cat if she was discovered. He started to balance his schedule around the nursery and patrols now, not having an apprentice at the moment. When he was 24 moons old the current Shadowclan leader died, leaving him the position of Shadowclan leader. When his sisters became apprentices he decided he would apprentice his sister, going a little easier on her then any other apprentice he had. He trained her well, though right before his sisters were suppose to become warriors Lillypaw had fell sick with greencough and died, leaving him to name Eaglepaw to Eaglewing without naming his other sister. He died soon after, His deputy taking over.

Personality:

Hiddenstar earned his name well. He doesn't mince words. If he says something, it's best to listen. He has a soft, reedy-like voice, but it's easily heard when it needs to be. He believes in giving short but useful answers, and he always strives for the best of his clanmates. Some might think him cold, but he's not. If you know how to read his eyes, he's actually just very thoughtful. His expressions are usually soft and not cold. If he has the time, he likes to weigh each decision given to his. He's not one to do something rashly, and demands solid proof if he is to do something brash against the other clans that might promote war. Some might call him cowardly, but in reality he just doesn't see the need to cost his clan valuable lives. However, don't think he's a push-over. Hiddenstar may be peaceful, but he won't hesitate to attack if his clan is in danger.

He tries to make up for his sometimes inexperience by consulting the Elders of his clan. He accepts criticism from them, but if one of the younger cats got too haughty, he'd be rather annoyed at them. When at home, he's usually very relaxed and easy to smile, but away from the camp, on patrol, or facing a battle, you find a very different he-cat. He'll call a retreat if he has to, but only if it will stop needless killing. That's a thing he hates the most. As for Rogues and the like, he's not one to accept them into the clan unless he's sure she can trust them. That happens next to never, and it was very unlikely you'd find any non-clan borne cats within Shadowclan's ranks when he was in power.
