The following codes must be used for filling out the request.

MATE REQUESTS

Mate Request: This code is for requesting a mate. You may find mates in threads or through pms, but this is the equivalent to eHarmony.

KIT REQUEST

The owner of the female cat must be the one to start the Request form.

I will choose the actual number of kits, but the amount you desire will be taken into account. I will also be creating a mix of their parents pelts to create their appearances and personalities. A sample of a Kit Request Form will be posted at the end of this thread, and how I will respond with a litter of kits.

Mentors

This is the form for apprentices to fill out to petition for a mentor. I will try to assign mentors in the accepted comment at the end of apprentice bios, but nobody's perfect, so if I've forgotten you, just fill out the form and I will come and assign you a mentor, or better yet, a warrior of the same clan can volunteer to mentor the young apprentice.
